HVFX is a radiation-cross-linked, thin wall, heat shrinkable flexible fluoropolymer that can be used for jacketing and bundling wires to form light-duty harnesses. This is especially good where low profile, abrasion resistance, and flexibility are needed. This material can also be used to provide insulation and strain relief of electrical connections and wire terminations, identification of wires, and packaging of components.


PTFE (fluoropolymer) tubes have a wide operating temperature range of -67°F to 347°F (-55°C to 175°C), a low coefficient of friction and high resistance to chemicals and punctures.
