The Fujitsu MBM27C64 is a high speed 65,536-bit static Complementary MOS erasable and electrically reprogrammable read only memory (EPROM). It is especially suited for application where the extremely low power consumption of CMOS is essential. The device dissipates only 40mW/MHz when active, typically 5µW when in standby, yet it provides the same high spped performance as the NMOS MBM2764-type devices.
