This hand painted porcelain jewelry box has a multicolored bouquet of flowers painted on the center of the lid surrounded by gold scrolled work. The edge of the lid is painted red with a gold accent. The edge of the box is also painted red with a gold accent. The box holds three miniature ashtrays that each have a multicolored bouquet of flowers painted in the center and the edge painted red to match the box. Each ashtray has a small indent to rest your cigarette on.
The box and each ashtray are marked with "Made in Japan"
Pre-owned condition, no chips, cracks or signs of repair. The paint is slightly faded in a few spots from age and use. See photos for details.
