Vintage Honeywell REV 138417 Analog Voltmeter in Leather Protective Case with Leads
 This Voltmeter made by Honeywell measures Volts in 4 different settings..
SPL & 25UA (0-25), 150VDC (0-150), and 300VAC (0-300)

Tested and works!
There are instructions still intact located on the flipped side of the cover. The display window on the voltmeter has some scratches but you can still read the meter with ease. The wires are beginning to age and crack, as seen in pictures. By taking the screws off the front of the unit I believe you should be able to replace the wires if you feel the need to do so. Below the window the number "001" has been carved into the unit. The "Tucky" locking latch works well, the leather has some scratches and other signs of wear but overall this is a great Voltmeter for sale, its unique and it works with no problems.
