Originally an Air Force bungee for clipping into and strapping down cargo on aircrafts. This part has a wide variety of uses. You can us this to strap down tarps, cargo on a truck, practically anything you want to clip or tie into. This ring even has a convenient bolt holes for a more solid attachment.
