Military Grade RED 125 Volt AC Indicator Light
Light is a little over 1/4" wide, and 1.75" long, or 1.5" if you do not include the portion which sticks outside the panel it is installed in.
The leads are about 5.5" long and labeled 125V Brand-Rex 18 AWG CSA TEW 105 Celsius 600V VW-1
I personally tested one of these and it was functional at 120V AC as seen in the pictures
