Stealth Hidden Deck Fasteners Presented by Deck One 650 Piece Tub
STEALTH is a fastener that is nailed to the side of joists. It rises up between the boards of the deck and secures them with spikes that side pierces the board to a depth of 1/2" (12mm) in both directions. The 3/16" (5mm) wide riser mounting for the spike acts as a spacer for the boards. The fastener shoulder sits on the edge of the joist to take the downward load and provides ventilation between the decking boards and the joists.
