Used on oxygen test stands (4920-00-056-6668 and 4920-01-063-1264), it is able to regulate the specific maximum pressure to be seen by sensitive equipment. thereby saving any instrument from over pressurization and damage downstream of this device.
This unit has the ability to be calibrated between 15 and 250 psi, though it is currently factory set at 170 psi.
Process connection sizes are 1/4" npt on both ends.
This unit also comes with a double male 1/4" npt nipple on the inlet side. I believe the working pressure of this unit is 6000 psi.
Can be used on any pressure device requiring over pressure protection, such as test gauges and expensive pressure calibration equipment.
